The rsh-commons module is meant to be an "aggregation" module. If you plan to build your application on the rsh-commons package as a whole (that is, rsh-utils, rsh-logging, rsh-config, etc), the rsh-commons package provides additional utilities and classes that make building an application (and not just code or classes) easier. It knits together the other packages to provide a common foundation of application facilities.
